It has clásico with Club Atlético Ferrocarril del Oeste, although this rivalry lost popularity since this club has been in the 2nd division for more than 10 years.

Club nicknames are Tense and Marrón (The Browns) due to the predominant color of his shirt. He said that the players played like squids in their ink and that's where the nickname came from.
